DMCA Policy for Ester Expósito

Ester Expósito respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of her official website and associated platforms to do the same. This DMCA Policy outlines the procedures for reporting alleged copyright infringement and for filing a counter-notification in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

It is Ester Expósito's policy to respond expeditiously to legitimate notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA. If we receive a valid DMCA notice, we will remove or disable access to the infringing material and take reasonable steps to notify the user who posted the material.

Filing a DMCA Notice

Filing a Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted on the Ester Expósito website or associated platforms was removed or access disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a DMCA counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include substantially the following information (please consult your legal counsel or see 17 U.S.C. Section 512(g)(3) to confirm these requirements):

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location (URL) at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Ester Expósito may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
